MyDoctorRank collects personally identifiable data during account creation and when the user submits information while using the product. This data includes:

  • Data you provide you create a MyDoctorRank account, such as your name and email address.
  • Data you provide or generate when you use your MyDoctorRank account, such as your usage history, and crash analysis data.
  • For MyDoctorRank Clinic users only: We store only the scheduling information, medical history, photos, and notes that you enter into the MyDoctorRank application.

 

MyDoctorRank collects this data for the following reasons:

  • for verification of the user’s legal right to use the software,
  • to identify accounts when support is requested by the account holder,
  • to inform users of product changes,
  • to allow providers to assist their MyDoctorRank users,
  • to ensure HIPAA compliance with respect to auditing and archiving of data,
  • for support and marketing,
  • to inform users of subscription expiration,
  • to enforce licensing terms,
  • for inclusion in aggregate usage data for the purpose of studying and improving the product, and
  • to enable features of MyDoctorRank.

The MyDoctorRank application collects patient data and this data is provided to authorized medical practitioners.  This is only done with the consent of the patient and this data is covered by HIPAA regulations.
